2016 book on Pope Francis in draft English translation will not be upgraded or published

I have been asked, whether my German book on Pope Francis will ever be published in English. The answer is ‘No’.

Becoming Secretary General of WEA I neither will have time to edit the 2016 translation (available here) and re-check to see what I might not be able to say in my new position, nor will I have time to upgrade the book from 2016 to 2021, eg to comment on the disturbing developments concerning China and the Catholic Church or the rapprochement to the Arab version of Islam.
